About the Certified Healthcare Builder Program
Each participant will be challenged and supported through a mix of presentations, individual assignments, and office hours to ensure assignments are fully understood and completed. As AI eases our access to standards and information, the program is designed to train you to prevent and solve complex problems that AI tools cannot. Program Options Include: This is the fast track/one week intensive Certified Healthcare builder Program: - One Week Fast Track/Intensive Program Centered Around a Provided Sample Project - Module 1 shall be completed in advance of the intensive week (all self paced online) - The remaining five Modules will be completed one each day (Monday through Friday) consisting of: - Morning presentation (typically pre-recorded but 7:30-9:00 AM live presentations available for groups of 5-10) 10/19-10/23 - Daily Assignments (one for each module) to be turned in at the end of each day - Daily quizzes - Afternoon office hours available each day 10/19-10/23 (2:00 PM - 3:30 PM EDT) - 20 Hours +/- TOTAL time commitment over the length of the course - Please only sign up for this offering if you have at least 3 years experience in the commercial construction industry. The pace is too fast for most people new to the industry. One of the six week offerings is more appropriate for someone newer to the industry. - Please only sign up for this particular course if you have 20 hours to dedicate to the course the week of 10/19-10/23. The six week course offerings are better for most as they only require 2-4 hours per week. See below for more information on content

Project Manager
I’ve worked with Jake on multiple projects and attended the pilot Certified Healthcare Builder program. As my PX, he demonstrated strong expertise in healthcare renovations. Although he has followed the PM/PX career path, he consistently takes the time to view projects from a superintendent’s perspective, ensuring they are both cost-effective and buildable. I found the CHB program highly valuable and would recommend it to both new employees and seasoned professionals in healthcare construction as a resource to strengthen their builder knowledge.
Lead Superintendent
Jake's work content is nothing short of oustanding. He approaches each task with meticulous attention to detail and a drive for excellence, ensuring that results consistently exceed expectations.
